Yes. Please coordinate directly with your Connect Staffing Account Manager if this is a service you would like us to provide. We conduct 7-year criminal background checks for all contract employees but do additional checks as needed in close coordination with clients. For direct hire, we conduct a background check on behalf of the client on request but in some cases, clients prefer to conduct their own.
Connect Staffing employees on assignment will track their hours via an online timekeeping system. We coordinate with clients regarding a designated approver and provide instructions to the approver regarding setup and use.
